Return policy
Refund / Return will be initiated only in case the inventory is out of stock or either incorrect item is sent to your doorstep from what is ordered. In case there is any issue with the product or electrical damage, you can contact us at shivambestway@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Once the item is sold it cannot be returned. All our products are vaccum packed and checked by the company. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
