    • In the event that a wrong item is sent to you, we will gladly accept the return and initiate the process to rectify the error. The returned product must be in a sealed pack, unused, and with no box damage.

  3. Defective Item Replacement:

However, please note that the availability of replacement parts may vary. In case a specific part is not readily available, the customer will be informed and may need to wait until we import the part from the relevant country.   4. Sealed PVC Liner Policy:

    • Our PVC liners are vacuum-packed in the factory for optimal quality. Once the liner is opened, we do not accept returns. The PVC liner should be unused, sealed, and in sellable condition, as we do not have the provision to vacuum repack it in the same box. This ensures the liner's integrity and adherence to quality standards.
